Details
A single marquise green sapphire on a slim band, each pointed end cradled by a protective V-prong. The navette faces up long and lean, the most finger coverage you can get from a cool green stone. The lab-created center runs 0.63 to 2.14 carat, hand-picked for a clear face and an even green tone. Green sapphire wears at 9 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond, so this solitaire lasts a lifetime. A natural green center is available by concierge quote.
Shown complete with a real Marquise green sapphire center from 0.63 to 2.14 carat, a lab-created green sapphire, from $1,289 all-in. The price is the finished ring: setting, the green sapphire center you choose, and the labor to set and size it. Green sapphire is 9 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond in hardness, so it wears beautifully every day, far tougher than a softer emerald. It is genuine corundum, not an emerald or a tsavorite garnet. These calibrated stones ship without an individual lab report. Want a natural green sapphire or a certified stone? Contact our concierge and we will source and quote it honestly.

Questions
What is at the center? A real lab-created Marquise green sapphire, from 0.63 to 2.14 carat. Choose the carat and metal on this page.
Is a lab-created green sapphire real? Yes. It is true green sapphire (corundum) with the same 9 Mohs hardness and the same green color as a mined stone, grown in a controlled environment for a cleaner face at a lower price. It is not glass and not a look-alike.
Is this an emerald? No. This is a green sapphire, genuine corundum at 9 on the Mohs scale. An emerald is a different, softer mineral (7.5 to 8 Mohs) that is usually included and oil-treated. We never blur the two, and we never call it a tsavorite garnet either.
Can I get a natural green sapphire? Yes, as a concierge-quoted special order. Fine natural greens at this size are scarce and sold individually rather than as calibrated centers; a natural stone would be routinely heat-treated, which we disclose as standard.
Does it come with a certificate? These calibrated sapphires ship without an individual lab report. We hand-check every one for even green color and a clean face.
Is the price all-in? Yes. The price is the complete ring with the green sapphire you select, set and sized to order.
