Shipping
Every order ships via complimentary UPS Express, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Ready-to-ship pieces leave us in 2–3 business days; made-to-order pieces in 5–10 business days, since they’re crafted for you. Tracking follows as soon as your piece is on its way.
Packaging
Each order arrives in our signature gift packaging at no extra cost — ready to give, or to keep.
Returns & exchanges
If a piece isn’t right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it’s unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Engraved and bespoke pieces are made to order and final sale.
How to start a return
- Email concierge@diamondandsapphire.com with your order number.
- We’ll send a prepaid, insured UPS return label.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
