Our lifetime warranty
Every Diamond & Sapphire piece carries a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a prong, clasp, or setting fails under normal wear, we’ll repair it at no cost. Keep your order number, reach our concierge, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What it covers
- Loose or broken prongs and stone tightening
- Clasp and finding repairs
- Re-polishing and rhodium re-plating as needed
- Manufacturing defects in metal or setting
Loss, theft, and accidental damage aren’t covered, but we’ll always quote a fair repair. We recommend insuring valuable pieces separately.
Caring for your jewelry
- Put jewelry on last — after fragrance, lotion, and hairspray.
- Remove rings for cleaning, gardening, the gym, and the pool; chlorine and harsh chemicals dull metal and can loosen stones.
- Clean gently at home with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch so they don’t scratch one another.
