Shipping policy

All jewelry orders will typically be shipped between 3-7 business days after the order is complete. We cannot stock 8,000+ skus, so we make all of our jewelry pieces to order. This can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece and our current order backlog. 

We will also ship exclusively with UPS Express overnight, with signature required, so an adult must be available to sign for it. We understand that this may cause an issue if it's being purchased as a gift. However, for your discretion we will ship using an ambiguous shipping label with the business name being "D & S". This is to ensure that if your recipient is the one signing for the package they don't immediately know it's a gift for them.
