A size 8 band has meaningfully more circumference than a size 5, and since an eternity band is diamonds end to end, the extra length is extra stones. The same design might carry 1.5 carats at size 5 and over 2 carats at size 8, with the price moving accordingly. Natural remains the pick when mined provenance matters to the story. One honest caveat either way: lab prices have fallen as production scaled, so buy the band for the years, not as an investment.
