DiamondEternityBands

Diamond eternity bands from Diamond & Sapphire start at $689 and carry diamonds around the entire band, from micro pave circles to emerald-cut rows that pass twenty carats in larger sizes. Every band is offered with lab-grown or natural diamonds in 14K white, yellow or rose gold or platinum, and because a full eternity cannot be resized, each one is made to your exact ring size.

Frequently Asked

Diamond Eternity Bands FAQ

What is a diamond eternity band?

A diamond eternity band carries stones around the entire circumference of the ring, so the circle of light never breaks no matter how the band spins on the finger. That distinguishes it from a half eternity or anniversary band, which sets diamonds across the visible top only. The full circle is the point: nothing to hide, no plain underside, and the symbolism writes itself, which is why eternity bands anchor milestone anniversaries, push presents and vow renewals. Ours run from a 1.1 mm micro pave band to emerald-cut rows whose stones outsize many engagement ring centers.

Can a diamond eternity band be resized?

No, and any jeweler who says otherwise is describing a rebuild, not a resize. Resizing works by cutting the bare metal at the bottom of a ring and stretching or removing a section, and a full eternity band has no bare metal anywhere; every millimeter is holding a diamond. This is the single most important thing to know before buying one. It is why we make each band to your exact size rather than stocking approximations, and why we will send you a free ring sizer before you order. If sizes may change in your future, consider a half eternity style from our anniversary band collection instead, which resizes normally.

Why does the carat weight change with my ring size?

Because a larger circle needs more diamonds to fill it. A size 8 band has meaningfully more circumference than a size 5, and since an eternity band is diamonds end to end, the extra length is extra stones. The same design might carry 1.5 carats at size 5 and over 2 carats at size 8, with the price moving accordingly. Every product page here includes a table showing the exact total carat weight for each finger size, in both lab-grown and natural, so you are never guessing at what your size actually buys. Very few retailers publish this; we think it is the only honest way to sell the category.

Should I choose lab-grown or natural diamonds?

Both are real diamonds, identical in hardness, fire and chemistry, and both are offered on every band in this collection. The difference is price and provenance. Eternity bands multiply whatever a single stone costs by a few dozen, so the lab-grown discount compounds: a full circle of lab-grown emerald cuts can cost less than a third of its natural twin, and our lab stones actually grade higher on average, VS clarity and F color or finer against SI G-H for most natural rows. Natural remains the pick when mined provenance matters to the story. One honest caveat either way: lab prices have fallen as production scaled, so buy the band for the years, not as an investment.

Which eternity band style is most durable?

Channel-set and bezel-set bands are the workhorses. Channel construction recesses the diamonds below two polished rails with nothing raised to snag, which is why nurses, climbers and mechanics gravitate to it. Bezels wrap each stone in its own metal frame and shrug off decades. Low-profile prong styles are the middle path, keeping stones close to the finger while preserving open-set brilliance. Classic shared-prong and french-set bands sparkle hardest precisely because they expose the most diamond, and they simply appreciate a prong check now and then. Every setting carries our lifetime warranty, so choose by how you live, not by fear.

How do I find the right size for a full eternity band?

Measure, do not guess. Since resizing is off the table, we send a free ring sizer to anyone who asks, and our concierge can walk you through measuring discreetly if the band is a surprise. Fingers change size through the day and the seasons, so measure in the evening at room temperature, when hands run truest, and make sure the sizer passes the knuckle with light resistance. If you land between sizes, take the half size up; a full circle of stones wears slightly snugger than a plain band of the same size. Get the size right once and the ring never needs to be touched again.

How should an eternity band be worn?

Three ways dominate. Stacked with a wedding set, where low-profile and channel styles nest flush against an engagement ring without clicking or spinning misaligned. Alone on the right hand, where the bolder rows, the ovals, emerald cuts and 3 mm rounds, carry a look without help. Or as the wedding band itself, a choice more couples make every year because it removes the plain-band compromise entirely. Since diamonds circle the whole ring, an eternity band never needs turning back into place, which is a small daily pleasure the spec sheet does not capture.

How long does a made-to-order eternity band take?

Most bands leave the workshop in about five to ten business days, set, polished and finished in your exact size. The designs are proven and the diamond parcels are matched in advance, which is how made-to-order stays that fast. Every order ships free and fully insured, two-day express is free over $250, and returns run thirty days. If the band marks a fixed date, an anniversary dinner, a birth, a renewal, tell the concierge at checkout and we will flag your timeline at the bench.
