Small diamonds run the length of the band in tight pavé, leading the eye up to a rose-pink sapphire held in slim claw prongs. The prongs keep their grip discreet so light reaches the stone from the sides. Sapphire is Mohs 9, a hard corundum that holds up to constant wear, and the diamonds along the shank are set snug against knocks.
