A slim tapered bar bead-set with natural diamond, crossed by a 6 x 4 mm pear-cut natural ruby set on the diagonal across the bar on three prongs.
The ruby sits off-centre and overhangs the bar top and bottom, which is what stops the piece reading as another plain diamond bar.
