The middle stone is a natural blue sapphire, mined and heat-treated, chosen for an even medium blue and a clear face and set to your carat; the baguettes and any melee are natural diamond, G to H, SI. It comes in three golds and three carat weights, with a lab-grown sapphire for the same architecture at less. Made to order in about three to four weeks.
