The center is a natural blue sapphire, mined and heat-treated, picked for a rich medium blue and a clean face and matched to your carat, with small natural diamonds, G to H, SI, threaded along the twist. It comes in white, yellow or rose gold at one to two carats, and a lab-grown sapphire suits the same vine for less. Made to order in about three to four weeks.
