Details
This is red with a past, even when the ring is brand new. Engraved scrolls run beneath a diamond halo, filigree that catches shadow and gives the piece an antique weight, all of it wrapped around a lab-grown ruby. Grown corundum means the same saturated color and the same nine-hardness, calibrated so stock is never an issue. The halo and scrollwork use natural diamonds, G to H at SI. A genuine mined ruby version waits for those who prefer it. Each ring is crafted to order, three to four weeks.
