Because no single piece like this exists ready-made, each necklace is assembled by hand to order — a genuine letter pendant and a genuine birthstone charm, joined on a matching 14K gold chain.

Yes. Every birthstone is a genuine gemstone, chosen for its color and clarity — lab-grown where that is the finest, most vivid and responsible option, and natural elsewhere, always labeled honestly. December's stone is natural blue zircon (a real gem, never cubic zirconia). On the Lab Diamond style, the initial and its April birthstone are lab-grown so no natural and lab diamonds are ever mixed on one piece.

These necklaces are designed around a single initial for a clean, legible look at pendant scale. For a multi-initial monogram look, many customers layer two single-initial necklaces on one chain. If you would like a true monogram, contact our concierge and we'll advise.

The Gold Initial is the classic script letter with a whisper of diamond accents; the Diamond Initial is fully diamond-set for more sparkle; the Gothic styles use an old-world Old-English letterform (with diamonds, or in solid gold with none); the Pearl Initial is set with cultured freshwater pearls; and the Lab Diamond Initial uses lab-grown diamonds throughout. Every style takes the same twelve birthstones.
