Can you resize it after purchase?
Because the diamonds cover the full circle, there is no bare section to work with, so the band is made to your exact size and is not resizable. Get sized carefully before ordering.
Lab-grown versus natural? Same real diamond, same durability. Lab-grown gives more size for your budget, natural is mined from the earth. The choice is yours under Diamond Type.
Does carat weight scale with size? Yes. More degrees of circle at a larger size means slightly more total weight, and less at a smaller size. The stated carat is nominal.
How should I care for it? The open step facets clean easily with a soft cloth, and the low sideways setting keeps the band smooth against skin and clothing.
