Details
Round brilliants beside a step cut make an easy contrast. A round lab-grown diamond sits on each side of the emerald-cut center, each held in its own prongs. The rounds sparkle in small, lively points while the center shows broad flashes from its step facets, so the two textures play off each other. The side stones are spaced so they don't crowd the center's long sides. Four claws cover its cut corners. A plain polished band keeps the trio uncluttered. It suits someone who wants a classic three-stone that feels familiar and warm.
Choose a emerald-cut center from 0.65 to 4.00 carats. Each center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.10 ct size, for example, runs 1.05 to 1.28 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. If you would rather pick an individually graded loose diamond, natural or lab-grown, build it in Design Your Ring.
Available in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum. The accent diamonds are lab-grown, near-colorless stones matched to the setting. Your ring is made to order in your size (US 3 to 10; see the sizing guide) and typically ships in about 5 to 10 business days by complimentary, insured UPS Express. More emerald-cut settings are in our Emerald Cut Engagement Rings collection.

Answers, before you ask
Your Questions
Do round side stones clash with an emerald cut?
They contrast rather than clash. Rounds are brilliant cuts, so they scatter light in small points, while an emerald cut shows wide, calm flashes. Many people like that mix because the sides add sparkle the center does not try to give. If you prefer all three stones to match in style, look at the baguette or step-cut three-stones.
Is a three-stone harder to wear daily?
It sits a little wider than a solitaire, so it covers more of the finger and has more edges to knock. The round sides are prong-set and the center's corners are covered by claws, which is the standard protective arrangement. A plain band also means no pavé to inspect, so day-to-day care is simple.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every emerald-cut center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. If you want a specific graded stone, Design Your Ring lets you choose one individually.
Can I have a natural diamond instead?
This ring is offered with lab-grown centers. For a natural diamond, use Design Your Ring to choose a natural loose diamond with its own grading report and set it in one of our settings, or email concierge@diamondandsapphire.com and we will help.
How long does it take to make?
Each ring is made to order in your finger size. Most ship in about 5 to 10 business days, insured and signature-required. The product page shows the current timing before you check out.
