A flat, generous gold heart with nothing on it yet. At 12 by 11 mm the face is large enough to take a real monogram, a date, or a short word in script, not the three-letter compromise a smaller tag forces on you.

The polish is high and the edges are softened, so an engraving sits down into the surface and catches light instead of scratching across it.

Every piece hangs on one adjustable cable chain worn at 16 or 18 inches — the 16 and 18 inch options are the same chain, so you set the drop where you want it. It is solid 14K gold on the gold options, and solid platinum on the Platinum option.
