Details
A beaded-rim gold disc with the Jerusalem cross pierced through it: one large cross with four smaller crosslets in the quadrants, the emblem of the Crusader kingdom and still the badge of the Franciscan custody of the Holy Land. A natural diamond is prong-set into each of the four crosslets, 1.1 mm apiece, and the field behind them is left matte so the stones have a dark ground to sit on.
Choose your gold: 14K yellow, 14K white or 14K rose. Every option is solid karat gold the whole way through, never plated and never hollow, so the colour and the weight you pick are the metal you keep.
Chain included. Your necklace ships on a solid 14K gold 1 mm cable chain with a spring-ring clasp, in the same metal you selected. Pick 16, 18, 20 or 24 inches at checkout; the price shown already includes the chain.
For a pilgrimage, an ordination, or anyone whose connection to the faith is historical as much as devotional. It is the only round pendant in this collection, so it also solves the problem of buying a cross for someone who says they do not wear crosses.
Diamond disclosure. Every diamond in this necklace is a natural, earth-mined diamond. The accent and pavé stones are natural diamonds too — we do not mix laboratory-grown or simulant stones into a natural piece, and we would tell you here if we did.
On carat and size. Carat and stone-size figures are Stuller's nominal specification, which is a ceiling rather than a guarantee: individual stones are cut to a tolerance and may ship marginally light of the stated weight. Millimetre sizes are approximate for the same reason. If an exact weight matters to you, ask us before you order and we will confirm the piece in hand.
It arrives ready to wear which makes it an easy gift for a christening, a confirmation, a birthday or no occasion at all.

Answers, before you ask
Your Questions
What do the five crosses mean?
Traditionally the five wounds, or the four evangelists around Christ. The emblem dates to the eleventh-century Kingdom of Jerusalem.
How many diamonds are set?
Four, one in each of the small quadrant crosslets, .025 carat in total. The large central cross is the pierced void itself and carries no stones.
Why is it a disc?
So the emblem reads as a badge rather than as a cross outline. It sits very flat against the chest.
