Three natural diamonds set in a diagonal line across a 14.7 x 9.8 mm brushed rectangular face, 1/10 carat total weight, each in its own seat rather than shared beads.
The brushed ground is what makes the stones read — against a polished face at this weight they would disappear. Open back, 3.35 mm shank.
