An 8 x 6 mm oval lab-grown emerald held in a full bezel and ringed by 1/8 carat total weight of natural diamond. The bezel matters here: emerald is a stone that does not like a knock, and a closed rim protects every edge of it.
The top sits 5.21 mm high on a 2.69 mm shank — deliberate proportions that keep a green stone this size from reading costume.
Lab-grown gemstone disclosure: the emerald in this ring is laboratory-grown. It has essentially the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined emerald, and it is not a mined stone.
