Details
The warmest thing we make in opal. A faceted 7 by 5 mm Mexican fire opal burns orange at the centre, ringed by eleven golden citrine cabochons that step the colour down from red to honey. There is no diamond anywhere on it and it does not need any.
Opal is the birthstone of October and a traditional emblem of hope and imagination. Mexican fire opal takes its colour from iron rather than from play-of-color, which is why it reads as a solid warm orange. Set in solid 14K gold with a lobster clasp. Arrives in Diamond & Sapphire gift packaging, ready to give.
A gift note. For someone whose whole wardrobe is warm, or who is tired of being given pale stones. It changes the colour of an outfit rather than sitting quietly against it.
Sold as the pendant on its own — no chain. Pair it with a chain you already own, or shop the matching necklace version.
