A 7 by 5 mm opal cabochon sits inside a scrolled gallery nearly 24 mm long, with natural diamonds tracing the engraved frame, a pear-cut pink sapphire at the top and a marquise at the bottom. Edwardian in feel, and heavier in the hand than it looks on screen.
