A Sacred Heart worked the traditional way, with flames above, a ribbon crossed over the face and rays behind, in a bead-blasted matte finish with the raised detail polished back. The two finishes are what make the iconography legible at 13.83 by 11.56 mm. About 2.77 grams in 14K white gold; 4.16 grams in platinum.

Every piece hangs on one adjustable cable chain worn at 16 or 18 inches — the 16 and 18 inch options are the same chain, so you set the drop where you want it. It is solid 14K gold on the gold options, and solid platinum on the Platinum option.
