Made in 14K rose gold only: a 5 mm round white sapphire on four prongs. Rose gold's warmth plays against a colorless stone. The head finishes at 5 x 5 mm, so the metal barely extends past the stone. No accents. Friction post and back. Colorless corundum is what white sapphire is, and at 9 on the Mohs scale it handles everyday wear. The stone may have been heat treated to improve color and clarity, which is standard for the material, and permanent. Wash with warm water and mild soap, working a soft brush around the setting. No two natural stones match exactly; expect a little variation from the photograph.
