Yes, each piece uses genuine moonstone set in solid gold. Moonstone is June's birthstone, prized for its adularescence, the soft blue glow that seems to float across the surface.

Moonstone is 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale, softer than many gems, so wear it thoughtfully. Take it off for chores and sport, and clean it gently with a soft, damp cloth.
