A single cultured Akoya pearl, seated in the point of a slim polished V. The bar is about 20 by 4.7 mm, so it lies flat at the base of the neck and points the eye toward the pearl without adding weight.
The pearl measures about 4 mm and is chosen for a round shape and bright, mirror-like luster. The V hangs from a fine 1 mm cable chain that closes with a spring ring, in 16 or 18 inches.
It is the kind of necklace that works alone with an open collar, and layers easily under a longer chain. Solid 14K gold or platinum, made to order.
Pearl care: last on, first off. Keep away from perfume, hairspray and lotion, wipe with a soft damp cloth after wear, and store flat and separate. No ultrasonic or steam cleaning.

Is the pearl real?
Yes. It is a genuine cultured Akoya pearl of about 4 mm, white with natural luster.
Which length should I choose?
16 inches sits at the base of the neck on most people, close to the collarbone. 18 inches falls a little lower and suits open or V necklines.
What is the chain?
A fine 1 mm cable chain in the same metal as the V, closing with a spring ring clasp. The chain is included.
How should I care for it?
Put it on after perfume and lotion, wipe the pearl with a soft cloth after wearing, and store it on its own so the nacre stays smooth.
