A bezel-set diamond at the lobe, a fine cable chain, and a second diamond at the end of it. Simple, a little modern, and long enough at about 33mm to move when she laughs.
This is the drop to wear every day, with denim or with silk, and it layers neatly next to a stud in a second piercing. As a gift it hits the sweet spot between thoughtful and easy.
