Details
Scrollwork, milgrain and a halo of small diamonds wrap the oval in old-world detail. Engraved scrolls run along the band and the sides of the head, edged in fine milgrain beads. Thirty-eight small lab-grown diamonds are pinpoint-set in the halo and down the shoulders. Four prongs hold the center, and at the 1.10 ct size the top spans about 12 mm, so the ring has real presence on the hand.
Choose an oval center from 0.75 to 2.50 carats. Each center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.10 ct size, for example, runs 1.00 to 1.20 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. Available in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum. The accent diamonds are lab-grown, near-colorless stones matched to the setting. Every order ships free and fully insured by UPS Ground; orders of $500 or more ship by complimentary UPS Express, signature required on delivery (a $50 upgrade below that). Ready-to-ship pieces leave us in 2–3 business days; made-to-order pieces in 5–10.
Rings are final sale. Every ring is made or sized to your ring size, and engagement rings are set with the centre you choose, so a ring can’t be returned or exchanged for a refund or another size. Please confirm your size before you order; our concierge is glad to help. If a ring arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right, and every piece carries our free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Which metal shows the engraving best?
Yellow and rose gold make the scrollwork easiest to see, because shadows read more clearly on warm metal. White gold and platinum give a brighter, lacier look.
How wide is the band?
About 2.8 mm at the base, wider than most solitaires, which gives the engraving room and makes the ring feel substantial.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every oval center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. If you want a specific graded stone, Design Your Ring lets you choose one individually.
Can I have a natural diamond instead?
This ring is offered with lab-grown centers. For a natural diamond, use Design Your Ring to choose a natural loose diamond with its own grading report and set it in one of our settings, or email concierge@diamondandsapphire.com and we will help.
