Every order ships free and fully insured by UPS Ground; orders of $500 or more ship by complimentary UPS Express, signature required on delivery (a $50 upgrade below that). The ship estimate for your selection is shown beside the price.
Rings are final sale. Every ring is made or sized to your ring size, and engagement rings are set with the centre you choose, so a ring can’t be returned or exchanged for a refund or another size. Please confirm your size before you order; our concierge is glad to help. If a ring arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right, and every piece carries our free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can a full eternity band be sized?
Not without breaking the diamond line, so these are made to order in your size rather than resized afterward. Measure carefully or ask us for guidance.
Lab-grown or natural, what is the difference?
Both are real diamonds. Lab-grown gives you more carat for the money; natural forms underground over ages. Select your preference under Diamond Type.
Is the carat weight exact?
It is nominal, near 1 carat total, and scales slightly up on larger sizes. Think approximate rather than precise.
Does it work as a wedding band?
Yes. At 2 mm it reads as a substantial wedding or anniversary band and stacks neatly with an engagement ring.
