- Shipping: every order ships free and fully insured by UPS Ground. Orders of $500 or more ship by complimentary UPS Express, signature required; under $500, UPS Express is $50.
- Timing: in-stock pieces leave us in 2 to 3 business days and most made-to-order pieces in 5 to 10 business days; some designs take 2 to 8 weeks. Each piece shows its own timing before you buy.
- Returns: necklaces, earrings and bracelets can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with a prepaid, insured UPS label.
- Final sale: rings are final sale, because every ring is made or sized to the size you choose. Engraved, personalized and special-order pieces are final sale too.

Is platinum a good silver anniversary gift?
Yes. Platinum looks like polished silver but is naturally white, does not tarnish and holds stones securely, so it keeps the tradition in a metal that lasts.
Do you sell silver jewelry?
No. We make fine jewelry in solid gold and platinum only. For a silver anniversary, platinum or 14K white gold gives the silver look.
What is a good 25th anniversary gift for my wife?
A diamond necklace or studs in platinum or white gold, or an anniversary band if you know her ring size.
