Fine ribbed lines are cut across the end of each arm and run in a narrow band down the center of the upright, with polished gold between them. The contrast gives a plain Latin cross some texture without making it ornate.
It measures 39 by 26 mm and weighs about 4.9 grams, nearly twice the gold of a flat cross the same size, so it hangs well and feels solid in the hand. It is an easy everyday cross and a good graduation gift.
Chain included. It ships on a solid 14K gold 1.75 mm rope chain with a spring-ring clasp, in the same gold as the cross. Choose 20 inches to sit at the collarbone or 24 inches to fall at mid-chest over a shirt; the price shown already includes the chain.
