Every order ships free and fully insured by UPS Ground; orders of $500 or more ship by complimentary UPS Express, signature required on delivery (a $50 upgrade below that). The ship estimate for your selection is shown beside the price.
Rings are final sale. Every ring is made or sized to your ring size, and engagement rings are set with the centre you choose, so a ring can’t be returned or exchanged for a refund or another size. Please confirm your size before you order; our concierge is glad to help. If a ring arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right, and every piece carries our free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can it be resized later?
Each band is built to the exact finger size you order, with diamonds set continuously around the whole circle, so there is no plain stretch to cut or add. It cannot be sized afterward. Measure carefully, or ask us to help before you order.
Lab-grown or natural?
Both are real diamonds with the same look and hardness. Lab-grown gives you more size for the money, natural is mined. You pick under Diamond Type, and the metal and setting stay the same either way.
Does the carat change with ring size?
Yes. The stones circle the entire band, so a larger size holds slightly more total weight and a smaller size slightly less. The carat figure is nominal and moves with your size.
How does an emerald cut wear?
The long step-cut facets stay clean, so an occasional wipe with a soft cloth keeps them bright, and the shared setting sits low and smooth for everyday wear.
