What style is the chain, and how wide is it?
It is a rope chain, 1.25 mm wide, with strands twisted together like a rope. It is easy to wear alone or layered with other chains.
Is it solid or hollow?
It is solid gold the whole way through, so it keeps its shape and weight for years. Solid links resist dents better than hollow ones.
Which length should I choose?
At 16 inches it sits at the base of the neck; at 18 inches it rests at the collarbone; at 20 inches it falls just below the collarbone; at 24 inches it falls at or below the bust.
Will it take a pendant?
Yes. The end ring of the chain is 2.5 mm, so a pendant slides on if its bail opening is at least 2.7 mm on its longer side.
What clasp does it use?
Depending on the metal and length you choose, it fastens with a spring ring clasp or a lobster clasp. Check the clasp now and then, as you would on any fine chain.
Which metals can I choose, and is white gold plated?
Choose 14K yellow, white or rose gold; 18K yellow, white or rose gold; or 10K yellow, white or rose gold. All the gold is solid 14K, 18K and 10K, never gold-plated. White gold is finished with rhodium, which a jeweler can refresh over time.
Can I return it?

How do I care for it?
