A brushed disc, a rim of natural diamonds running the full circumference, and a single 4 mm round aquamarine set alone at the centre. The matte field between rim and stone is what makes both of them read.

A quarter carat of diamonds around the edge is a lot of light for a piece this restrained, and putting it at the perimeter rather than around the stone leaves the aquamarine isolated in the middle. The pendant measures 22.43 by 14.59 mm as published by the supplier.
