Every ring is made or sized to your ring size, and engagement rings are set with the center stone you choose, so a ring can’t be returned or exchanged for a refund or another size. Please confirm your size before you order; our concierge is glad to help. If a ring arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right, and every piece carries our free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Which birthstones can I choose?
There are 11 stones to choose from, each named in the option list on this page, so you can see exactly which stone you are choosing. Several, such as citrine, aquamarine and blue topaz, are routinely heated, a standard treatment.
How is it set?
Each stone is held by 4 prongs. Have the prongs checked once a year so the stones stay secure. The setting also carries 13 natural diamonds.
Which metals can I choose, and is white gold plated?
Choose 14K white, yellow or rose gold. All the gold is solid 14K, never gold-plated. White gold is finished with rhodium, which a jeweler can refresh over time.
How big is it on the hand?
The face of the ring is about 10.2 mm and the band is about 1.9 mm wide at the base, rising about 4.8 mm from the finger.
Which sizes are offered, and can it be resized?
US sizes 4 to 9, in quarter sizes. Choose your size on this page; each ring is made or sized to order. Our concierge can arrange resizing through our jeweler partner and will quote the cost before any work begins.
Can I return or exchange it?
Rings are final sale, as each is made or sized to your size; please confirm it first, and our concierge can help. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
How do I care for it?
Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Skip ultrasonic and steam cleaners, which can harm softer gems such as emerald and peridot. Gold resists tarnish; a soft cloth brings back the shine.
