Oval White Sapphire Earrings, 1/8 ct tw Diamond Halo

Sixteen natural diamonds close around a 5 x 3 mm oval white sapphire on each earring. The halo carries 1 mm stones the whole way round the oval, which is what makes a modest center read larger than its measurements. Each earring sits at about 11.95 x 10 mm and stands 2.49 mm high, on four prongs and a friction post. Of the two oval halos in this lane, this is the one with the smaller center. Its sibling takes a 6 x 4 mm oval and two more halo diamonds per earring, at essentially the same 11.95 x 10 mm footprint; this one runs a little narrower in rose gold, at 11.9 x 9.1 mm. Accent diamonds here are natural and non-serialized, G-H in color. No clarity grade is published for them by our supplier, and the stated carat weight is nominal, so it may vary a little. This is natural corundum, colorless, at 9 on the Mohs scale. Our supplier grades it AA. The stone may have been heat treated for color and clarity, which is standard for the material and does not wear off. A soft brush, mild soap and warm water are enough to keep it clean. Stones are natural and individually cut, so small differences from the image are normal.
