Our Pavé Birthstone Stackable Ring sets a shared-prong row of eleven 1.5 mm round birthstones across the top of a slim 14K gold band — choose any month (April comes as lab-grown or natural diamond) and your metal, all on one page. Wear one for a pop of your birth month, or stack several to build a band for each person you love.
Every birthstone is pavé-set in solid 14K gold on a low-profile 1.9 mm band that stacks flush with wedding bands, eternity rings, and the rest of your collection. Prefer a single stone? Each month also has its own page.
