An EKG trace rendered in gold and set with a line of natural diamonds. It is the pulse that says someone is still here, still yours. It runs sideways across the collarbone, 22.8 mm end to end, so it reads as a line of light rather than a charm on a chain.
A sixth of a carat of natural diamonds follows the peaks and troughs, which is what keeps it from looking like a graphic and starts it looking like jewellery.
