A slim vine of pointed light. Eight fine marquise diamonds, 3 x 1.5 mm, alternate with nine round diamonds of 2 mm across the front of this delicate band, all held in prongs and creating a subtle scalloped edge you can feel with a thumbnail, like a row of bright leaves. It reads vintage from arm's length and unexpectedly modern up close, about 1/2 carat of natural diamond in all. In 14K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum.

How wide is it, and what is the fit?
It measures about 1.8 mm wide. Measurements are approximate and vary slightly with the ring size.
Which metals can I choose, and is it solid?
Choose 14K white, yellow or rose gold; 18K white, yellow or rose gold; or platinum. All the gold is solid 14K and 18K, never gold-plated. White gold is finished with rhodium, which a jeweler can refresh over time.
What are the diamonds?
It is set with 17 natural marquise diamonds, 3 x 1.5 mm each, 1/2 ct in total. Diamond rates 10 on the Mohs scale, the hardest gem there is. Carat weights are nominal, so the actual weight can run slightly under the figure shown.
Will it pair with my engagement ring?
At about 1.8 mm wide, it is easy to judge against your ring's band width. How two rings sit together depends on both designs, so compare the side views or ask our concierge.
Which sizes are offered, and can it be resized?
US sizes 4 to 9, in quarter sizes. Our concierge can arrange resizing through our jeweler partner and will quote the cost before any work begins.
Can I return or exchange it?
Rings are final sale, as each is made or sized to your size; please confirm it first, and our concierge can help. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
How do I care for the diamonds?
Diamond is the hardest gem, though a hard knock can still chip an edge. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush restore the sparkle. Gold resists tarnish; a soft cloth brings back the shine.
