Your diamond is natural and comes with its GIA report. Each option is defined by carat range, color and clarity (G to H color, VS2 to SI1 clarity, with Excellent or Very Good polish and symmetry), so you know the minimum you are getting before you buy. Choose 0.70 ct, 1.00 ct, 1.50 ct or 2.00 ct; each option guarantees at least its stated weight, for example 2.00 ct means 2.00-2.19 ct. We choose the stone after you order and send its details for your approval before the ring is set. Every ring is made or sized to your ring size, and engagement rings are set with the center stone you choose, so a ring can’t be returned or exchanged for a refund or another size. Please confirm your size before you order; our concierge is glad to help. If a ring arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right, and every piece carries our free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does the carat range mean?
Each option guarantees a natural diamond at or above its stated weight, up to the top of the range shown; 2.00 ct, for example, means 2.00-2.19 ct. Natural diamonds are cut to popular weights, so many fall near the lower end of a range.
Will my diamond come with a GIA report?
Yes. Every center diamond comes with its GIA grading report, and we send you the report number, photos and video before the ring is set.
How is my diamond chosen?
After you order, our team selects a natural round diamond that meets your range: G to H color, VS2 to SI1 clarity, with Excellent or Very Good polish and symmetry. We choose for beauty and make, not just the numbers, and you approve the stone before setting.
Can I choose the exact diamond myself?
Yes. Use Choose your exact diamond to open Design Your Ring with this setting already selected, then browse individual natural diamonds with their reports, videos and measurements.
Can I return this ring?
No. Every ring is made to order in your size, so all rings are final sale. That is why we share your diamond's report, photos and video for your approval before we set it.
Are the photos my actual ring?
The main photo shows this setting in each metal with a round diamond at true scale for the carat you select; the extra front, three-quarter, profile and side views show the 1.00 ct option. Your own diamond will look slightly different within its grade range, which is why you see it before setting.
