Round Lab-Grown Diamond Vintage Milgrain Split-Shank Pavé Engagement Ring

A split shank, milgrain edges and rows of tiny diamonds give a round center a vintage frame. Each shoulder divides into two slim rails edged in milgrain, and both rails are set with small lab-grown diamonds, 34 in all. Four prongs hold the round diamond about 5.4 mm high at the 1.00 ct size, and the band is about 2.5 mm wide at the base.

Choose a round center from 0.75 to 2.00 carats. Each center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.00 ct size, for example, runs 0.98 to 1.10 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones.
