Three rows of pavé taper toward a hidden halo. This is our princess statement setting. Three rows of small lab-grown diamonds cover the shoulders, tapering as they move away from the head, and a hidden halo of lab-grown diamonds lines the base of the center. The princess cut sits above it all in claws that cover each corner. The band sparkles from the side and shoulders while the top view still reads as a clean square. Pick it if a single pavé row feels too quiet.
Choose a princess center from 0.75 to 2.00 carats. Each center is a lab-grown diamond selected to a D to F color, VS2-or-better specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.00 ct size, for example, runs 0.95 to 1.10 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. If you would rather pick an individually graded loose diamond, natural or lab-grown, build it in Design Your Ring.
Available in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum. The accent diamonds are lab-grown, near-colorless stones matched to the setting. Is triple-row pavé hard to wear every day?
It wears well with sensible care. The three rows sit on the top and shoulders of the band, and the lower section stays plain, so the area that rubs against neighboring fingers has no stones. Avoid hard knocks against the pavé and have the small stones checked from time to time, as with any multi-row setting.
Does the hidden halo show with so much pavé?
Yes. Seen from the side, the row of lab-grown diamonds below the princess center connects with the pavé on the shoulders, so the sparkle appears to run continuously up into the head. From directly above, the halo stays out of view and the center keeps its sharp square outline.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every princess center is a lab-grown diamond selected to a D to F color, VS2-or-better specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. If you want a specific graded stone, Design Your Ring lets you choose one individually.
Can I have a natural diamond instead?
This ring is offered with lab-grown centers. For a natural diamond, use Design Your Ring to choose a natural loose diamond with its own grading report and set it in one of our settings, or email concierge@diamondandsapphire.com and we will help.
