Bezel up top, pavé along the shoulders. This setting pairs full corner protection with a sparkling band. A metal bezel surrounds the princess center and covers all four points, while small lab-grown diamonds run along the top of the slim shank on both sides, stopping partway around the finger. The contrast works well: a crisp metal frame on the square, then fine glitter leading toward it. Pick it for a bezel that feels a little dressier than a plain one.
Choose a princess center from 0.75 to 2.00 carats. Each center is a lab-grown diamond selected to a D to F color, VS2-or-better specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.00 ct size, for example, runs 0.95 to 1.10 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. Available in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum. The accent diamonds are lab-grown, near-colorless stones matched to the setting. Does the pavé change how secure the ring is?
The center's security comes from the bezel, which wraps all four corners in metal, and that stays the same. The pavé lab-grown diamonds sit on the shoulders, the most visible part of the band. As with any pavé, avoid hard knocks against the shank and have the small stones checked from time to time.
Does a bezel center look smaller than a prong-set one?
The bezel covers a slim edge around the stone, so the visible outline is a touch smaller than claws would show. Face-up size is still set by the carat you choose, from 0.75 to 2.00. The bright pavé running up to the bezel balances the metal frame, so the overall look stays lively rather than heavy.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every princess center is a lab-grown diamond selected to a D to F color, VS2-or-better specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. If you want a specific graded stone, Design Your Ring lets you choose one individually.
Can I have a natural diamond instead?
