Details
A ring of diamonds tucked under the center, seen mostly in profile. Four claws sit squarely on the cut corners of the emerald-cut center, the points a step cut most needs guarding. Beneath the stone, a hidden halo of lab-grown diamonds wraps the gallery, so the top view stays clean and long while the side view picks up a collar of light. The band is plain polished metal. That restraint suits the open table of an emerald cut. Choose it if you want a solitaire from above with something extra for whoever sees it from the side.
Choose a emerald-cut center from 0.65 to 4.00 carats. Each center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.10 ct size, for example, runs 1.05 to 1.28 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. If you would rather pick an individually graded loose diamond, natural or lab-grown, build it in Design Your Ring.
Available in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum. The accent diamonds are lab-grown, near-colorless stones matched to the setting. Your ring is made to order in your size (US 3 to 10; see the sizing guide) and typically ships in about 5 to 10 business days by complimentary, insured UPS Express. More emerald-cut settings are in our Emerald Cut Engagement Rings collection.

Answers, before you ask
Your Questions
How much of the hidden halo shows when worn?
From directly above, very little. The halo sits under the center stone at the gallery, so the top view reads as a solitaire with an uninterrupted emerald-cut outline. Tilt your hand or look from the side and the row of lab-grown diamonds appears as a bright band beneath the stone. Most people notice it in conversation and in photos, not across a room.
Do the claws protect the emerald cut's corners?
Yes. The four claws are placed over the cut corners, which are the thinnest and most exposed points on an emerald-cut diamond. Covering them means a knock against a counter or doorframe lands on metal first. It is the standard way to hold this shape safely in prongs, and it leaves the long sides of the stone open to light.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every emerald-cut center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. If you want a specific graded stone, Design Your Ring lets you choose one individually.
Can I have a natural diamond instead?
This ring is offered with lab-grown centers. For a natural diamond, use Design Your Ring to choose a natural loose diamond with its own grading report and set it in one of our settings, or email concierge@diamondandsapphire.com and we will help.
How long does it take to make?
Each ring is made to order in your finger size. Most ship in about 5 to 10 business days, insured and signature-required. The product page shows the current timing before you check out.
