Sideways, fully framed, and set low to the hand. An octagonal bezel holds the emerald-cut center east-west, so the long sides run across the finger and every cut corner is enclosed in metal. The head sits low, which makes this one of the most practical styles to wear daily. Pavé lab-grown diamonds sit on the shoulders only, then the band continues in smooth polished metal. Choose a emerald-cut center from 0.65 to 4.00 carats. Each center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Carat weights are nominal and each size has a published range; the 1.10 ct size, for example, runs 1.05 to 1.28 ct. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically the same as mined ones. Is an east-west bezel comfortable for daily wear?
Yes, it is one of the easiest settings in this collection to live with. The head sits low, the bezel encloses the whole stone, and there are no prong tips to catch on gloves or hair. The horizontal stone covers more width across the finger, so it may feel a touch broader than a north-south ring at first.
Why put pavé only on the shoulders?
A short run of pavé right beside the bezel adds sparkle where the eye naturally lands, without turning the whole band into a line of stones. The rest of the shank stays plain polished metal, which keeps the look crisp and makes it easy to pair with almost any wedding band.
What quality is the center diamond?
Every emerald-cut center is a calibrated lab-grown diamond made to an F-G color, VS clarity specification. Sizes are sold by nominal carat weight with a published tolerance range, so a stone may weigh slightly over or under the headline figure within that range. Can I have a natural diamond instead?
